Feature Events begin and end at 3PM PST. All other activities begin and end at 8AM PST.
Daily Markets refresh at 12PM PST. Featured Markets, PvP Markets, and Time Token Markets begin and end at 3PM PST.

FEATURE EVENT

Feature events cycle each week, and run between Thursday and Sunday. The order of these events is typically as follows:
Week 1: Monthly Event (New Tech for the month)
Week 2: Mobilization (Crafting Material for current season)
Week 3: Decimation (Elite Tech for the month)
Week 4: Alliance War (PvP and Base Tech. Alliance War may run for a shorter duration than other featured events)

DISCOUNT PERIODS

PvP Events (Civil War & Alliance War) contain Ship Repair discounts that run for their entire duration. A Ship Build Discount Period runs for the first 24 hours of the Week 2 Mobilization and a Ship Refit Discount Period runs for the first 24 hours of the Week 3 Decimation.
